Welcome to Our Wellness Retreat!
We are beyond thrilled to welcome you to our inaugural Eunoia retreat.
What started as two yoga teachers crossing paths at a studio in LA has grown into a decade-long friendship rooted not only in our love for yoga and movement but in deep conversation, big laughter, and a shared passion for living with intention. We've held space for one another through the wild, the wonderful, and everything in between — and that balance of stillness and strength, clarity and calm, & soul and silliness, is what inspired this retreat.
Joshua Tree holds a special place in our story. Back in 2020, during the chaos of the pandemic, we came here together seeking space to breathe, reconnect, and find perspective. What we discovered in the desert was its quiet expansiveness, its grounding energy, and its ability to remind us of what really matters. That has stayed with us ever since. It feels only right to return here with all of you, to share in that same magic.
At Eunoia, we believe in the power of movement to reconnect us to ourselves, the healing that happens in community, and the joy that comes when we stop taking ourselves too seriously. It’s about tuning in, letting go, and remembering how vibrant life can feel when you’re fully present.
We can’t wait to move, laugh, reflect, reset, and grow alongside you in the beauty of Joshua Tree.

Samantha D.
Samantha found yoga in 2015 after after spending much of her life as an athlete. With her experience in high performance athletics, mobility, and strength training, yoga brought out the physicality she was used to but created an emotional impact that was unlike anything she had ever experienced. Since then, Samantha’s classes mesh that physical output with the grounding intention of yoga to curate an experience that leaves you feeling empowered and inspired. Samantha wholeheartedly believes that yoga and fitness is the process of coming home to your body and realizing what has always been within you. She aims to create experiences that open and reconnect you in a deeper way.
